What if I fail the exam on my first attempt?
If you fail your exam you must purchase a retest. You will be prompted to do this after you complete the exam. Once you purchase the retest a WEBCAM EXAM ACCESS will be added to your account. You must open the EXAM ACCESS and answer 5 questions in order to unlock the exam. You may take the retest at any time that is convenient to you.
